Inside a quiet chamber on Red Dust Island.

Eighty-one fiery-red spheres were embedded in the ceiling of the chamber, forming a spell array that shrouded the entire room in a hazy red glow. The floor, however, was laid with wood as black as ink; viewed from certain angles, one could faintly see threads of purple light flowing across the timber. Two semi-transparent silver-thread cushions lay atop the wooden floor.

Dongbo Xueying in black and Dongbo Xueying in white each sat upon one cushion.

Since his true body cultivated here for long periods, ever since he had been granted the territory of Black Mist Sea, Dongbo Xueying had spared no expense in gathering treasures to furnish this quiet chamber.
