"Is this a human abusing animals, or animals abusing a human?"

The Drunkard stared at the photos, the cruel scenes depicted within making him deeply uncomfortable.

He didn't finish looking through them all before shoving the photos back into the drawer, but as he pulled his hands back, he suddenly felt a sticky sensation on his palms.

Using his phone's light, the Drunkard's eyelids twitched violently; the hand he had used to flip through the photos was covered in blackish-red blood.

"I didn't touch anything but the photos! Could this blood be seeping out of the pictures?"

Standing alone in the eerie, vacant building, something seemed to be scurrying back and forth in the hallway. A Wind Chime tinkled softly, and in the courtyard outside, there was a Monster with a head shaped like a mop.

Under these circumstances, the Drunkard didn't dare leave the room at all.

"The Monster that was scattering dog hair on the windowsill earlier is on the second floor. This room is the furthest from the stairs; it's the safest one here."

He didn't dare leave, fearing that the moment he opened the door, the Monster would be standing right outside.

Yet, staying in the room made his heart race with panic: "How could blood seep out of photos? My hand must have brushed against something in the drawer by accident. Maybe there's a hidden compartment in there."

Mustering his courage, the Drunkard pulled the bottom drawer of the desk out and set it on the floor.

This time he saw clearly: there were only photos in the drawer.

"Is the blood really coming from the photos?" His grasp on reality was being subverted; his hair stood on end, and he felt an urgent, desperate impulse to flee the room.
