A Series of Scares (Fourth Update)

"Come on, everyone, stand in front of the backdrop." The Senior Student, wearing an ill-fitting school uniform, picked up the instant camera from the table and urged the visitors to stand to the left of the projector. "I'll count to three. Everyone smile together."

The Senior Student pressed the shutter. He kept his finger down instead of lifting it, and the flash kept going off.

In the pitch-black Photography Club, the camera flashes were blinding. Everyone covered their eyes.

"All right, the photos are done. I'll go see if the doctor's arrived. Come over and split the photos among yourselves, one for each person. And be careful not to touch anything in the room." As the Senior Student spoke, the camera kept "spitting out" photos. He casually picked one up and stuffed it into his pocket, then left the camera on the table and walked out.
