"Why would a red-clothed figure be floating around in a wardrobe full of blue work uniforms? Unless it isn't a piece of clothing, but a 'person' wearing red."

When Chen Ge first entered the Duty Room, he'd felt that something was wrong with the wardrobe. He searched it right away, but his Yin Pupil detected nothing unusual.

"Why can't my eyes see them?"

Chen Ge thought of the Left Eye Chang Wenyu had brought out of Spirit Channeling School. "Maybe that eyeball can see what this school really looks like. Unfortunately, the Left Eye is in Chang Gu's eye socket, and I don't know where he is now."

The Door had been pushed open. Chang Gu could very well be in the school, but the campus in his eyes was probably very different from the one Chen Ge saw.

"If I can find Chang Gu, working together will make things much easier. We'll have more room to maneuver, too."

Chang Gu was the best teammate Chen Ge could hope for in this school. They'd both come from beyond the Door, shared the same goal, and had the same interests. The key question was whether Chang Gu could survive in this place.

To an ordinary person, this school was like the lowest level of Hell.

"He has the Left Eye and can see things I can't. As long as he's careful, he should have a chance of surviving."

It would be extremely difficult to find Chang Gu on such a sprawling campus, and Chen Ge wasn't going to waste time searching for him. Deep down, he knew that finding Chang Gu and gaining his help would also mean taking on the risks Chang Gu carried with him.

Together, they'd have more choices, but the danger would double as well.

After leaving
