"On the East Campus?"

Zhou Tu hesitated. Both Senior Student and the teachers had warned the freshmen not to go near the East Campus. They hadn't explained why, but the way they spoke made it clear that the East Campus was dangerous.

"You have a serious misunderstanding about the East Campus. It's actually much like this place; the only difference is that the two campuses are managed in completely different ways. They live in real terror, while you live in false happiness." Chen Ge looked into Zhou Tu's eyes. "Compared to you, they're actually closer to hope. At least they know who they are and how to free themselves."

Chen Ge wasn't lying to Zhou Tu. Whether they were on the East or West Campus, all the students were trapped in this school.

The West Campus students' memories had been altered, forcing them to repeat the lives the Mastermind had created for them. At least the East Campus students knew to look for scapegoats and try to find a way out.

"The East Campus students are closer to hope? But I heard that only the West Campus's unwanted trash gets sent there." Zhou Tu had been swayed, but he still felt uneasy.

"Whatever the standards are, any school that treats its students like trash is a trash school." Chen Ge pointed to the tall wall between the two campuses. "Do you know why that wall is there?"

"Why?"

"Because the school is afraid of losing control. It tries all kinds of methods to reshape human nature, but it's forgotten that human nature is the most complicated thing in the world. What's happened has happened. No matter how hard you try to forget it, the wounds that remain will always leave their mark on your heart. Forgetting everything doesn't mean it
