Chen Ge was startled by his own idea. Could an unclaimed Door have spent years searching for children in despair, eventually turning itself into a Four-Star Scene?
It sounded far too incredible. Chen Ge forced himself to calm down.
"There are thirteen easels in the Oil Painting Room in the Experimental Building, and thirteen people painting. They know the school's secrets, and the blood-red reversal. They could very well be the thirteen candidates the Door found for itself."
It was difficult for one person alone to support a Four-Star Scene, unless they had surpassed the Red-Clothed. But if multiple Red-Clothed joined forces, no one could say what the result would be. After all, even he had never seen so many Red-Clothed together.
"Thirteen. What an unlucky number." Chen Ge glanced at Zhou Tu. He had been searching for the Art Club, and he had even dreamed of the scene inside the Oil Painting Room. This man must be one of the thirteen painters.
"The Door must have its own standards for choosing people. Zhang Ju clearly didn't meet them, but Zhou Tu did." Chen Ge hadn't expected much from the Oil Painting Room at first, but after thinking it through, he changed his mind. "Zhou Tu's memories are the key."
Among the Student Club members, Zhou Tu was the most unusual. Chen Ge now had to prepare for both possibilities.
Either Zhou Tu would recover his memories and tell him everything, or he would recover them and become Chen Ge's enemy.
"He's a big fish. Have I been treating him too casually?" Chen Ge stared at Zhou Tu, making him shiver.
"Teacher Bai, I'll go take a look over there." Zhou Tu made up an excuse and hurried to the far end of the Archives Room.
"Why run? I'm the
