"What's that?"
Faint red figures could be seen in the Blood Mist. Since they were the same color as the fog, Chen Ge couldn't make them out very clearly.
"Whatever. If the sky falls, someone tall will hold it up."
Chen Ge turned away and pushed open the classroom door.
The students were studying quietly. When they heard the door open, they all looked toward the entrance.
"Keep studying, everyone. We're just here to find someone." Chen Ge walked up to the podium and scanned the students, but he didn't see Ying Hong.
"Where is she?"
Chen Ge walked over to an empty seat in the third row. "Is the student who sits here called Ying Hong?"
The students nearby didn't seem to know the girl who sat there. Not one of them spoke.
"Aren't you classmates?" Chen Ge opened the girl's textbook. Ying Hong's name was written on it. "That's right, this is the classroom. Where did she go?"
Chen Ge looked at Ying Bai's Deskmate, his expression somewhat frightening.
"An Old Man came by and took her away. He said he was Ying Hong's grandfather."
"Do you know where they went?"
"I think they wanted to talk, but they've been gone for a long time. They should be back soon." Ying Hong's Deskmate was a little afraid of Chen Ge—or rather, more afraid of Xu Yin and Bai Qiulin, who stood behind him with a mirror on his back. Those people looked very abnormal.
"The Old Principal took Ying Hong. He moved pretty fast, but I'm not letting him get away today." Chen Ge gathered up all of Ying Hong's things, stuffed them into her schoolbag, and handed it to Xu Yin. Then he stood in front of Ying Hong's Deskmate. "Which way down the hall did the
