Tang San is a transmigrator who retains the inheritance of Tang Sect martial arts, cultivation methods, and hidden-weapon techniques. He trains in secret from a young age, concealing his abilities from villagers and disguising his exercises whenever observed. His routine includes the Purple Demon Eye, Mysterious Jade Hand, Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track, Controlling Crane Capturing Dragon, and hidden-weapon practice. 107

He is the son of Tang Hao and is later acknowledged by Tang Xiao, Tang Hao’s elder brother and the Clear Sky Sect Master. Tang San initially knows little of his family’s standing, but reveals his Clear Sky Hammer when he seeks to return to the sect. 170 171

Tang San accepts Huang Tian’s Soul Fight challenge after Huang Tian presents himself as a one-ring Blue Silver Grass Soul Master. Tang San employs his Purple Demon Eye, Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track, and Mysterious Jade Hand, but Huang Tian’s feints, traps, and Blue Silver Saint Emperor Spear defeat him. Tang San refuses to concede until he is too injured to continue. 20 22

A subsequent supervised duel ends similarly: Tang San analyzes Huang Tian’s approach but is outmaneuvered and forced to concede after suffering severe injuries. 25 26

First Ring and Hidden-Weapon Exposure

Under Yu Xiaogang’s guidance, Tang San absorbs the Silver Shuttle Snake as his first Soul Ring. Its poison-based traits are badly incompatible with his Blue Silver Emperor’s life essence, weakening the martial soul’s potential. 38 39

After learning that Huang Tian’s ring was actually a powerful hundred-year ring rather than a white ten-year ring, Tang San attacks in anger and launches concealed Refined Iron Crossbow Bolts. This escalation places his Tang Sect inheritance and past-life secrets at risk of discovery. 49 53 56

Failed Second Soul Ring

Upon reaching level 20, Tang San insists on attempting a thousand-year second ring to avoid falling further behind Huang Tian. 120 121
