Yet after the city gates tightened their inspections, they had caught several deserters and a few parasites from the logistics departments of various nations' frontline corps in Selnes who had connections to Moge City's underground black market.
Just after twelve, at lunchtime, a vehicle came tearing in from the distance, kicking up a towering plume of dust behind it. As it passed through the defensive lines outside Moge City, murmurs of commotion rose from those checkpoints. Yet the vehicle did not stop; it charged straight toward Moge
