By the time Zhang Tie's car reached the central square of Moge City, the Warriors who had rushed in from every direction to catch a glimpse of the Eagle of Selnes and those Winged Devil heads had already blocked every road in front of, behind, and beside his vehicle.

He hurriedly jumped out of the car and gave the approaching generals a solemn military salute.
General Howard climbed onto the roof of Zhang Tie's car in Moge City's central square. Standing atop the vehicle, he delivered a stirring, impassioned speech. It praised Zhang Tie so extravagantly that he was almost embarrassed, but it also drove the atmosphere in Moge City to its peak.
Even when the Battle of Frat City had ended, Moge City had not been this lively. Yet today, Zhang Tie had merely driven through the city once and set the whole place ablaze. The entire city erupted in clamor as if it had won a battle.
Zhang Tie's car was left in Moge City's central square for people to view and photograph, while Zhang Tie himself went with General Howard to the Allied Forces Command Headquarters. After exchanging pleasantries with a group of generals, he was personally brought to Howard's office.
