Xun Is Wind

When Yao Wan crossed through space and arrived where she could already see that Black Sun with the naked eye, she could not help but frown deeply.

Though it was called a Black Sun, it felt more like an egg or a cocoon, hanging inexplicably above the earth as though something invisible had fixed it at the southernmost edge of the Dou Qi Continent.

Though she did not know what it contained, it certainly was not anything good.

This time, however, Yao Wan did not rashly probe it with her Soul Power. The Tunling Clan's things were never clean. Though her soul was protected by the Flame of Ash Annihilation, alerting the enemy would make any gains not worth the loss.

Yao Wan's gaze swept across the empty surroundings, and the hesitation and irritation in her heart promptly grew stronger.

Yao Wan's gaze then fell upon the slightly distorted, wrinkle-like space around the Black Sun. Her lovely brows lifted faintly as she formed a suspicion.

Then, Yao Wan flicked her finger. Her slender, fair jade finger stirred a ripple through space, which shot like lightning toward the folds in space surrounding the Black Sun.

In an instant, those spatial folds abruptly opened, and Demon Shadows immediately darted out from within, weapons in hand and ferocious in appearance.

"Who goes there?!"

The leader was a Half-Saint elder of the Tunling Clan. His scarlet eyes swiftly swept over the utterly ordinary scene before him, yet he could not help but knit his brows.

Seeing no movement outside, the several Dou Zun-level Tunling Clan members behind him relaxed their guard as well. "It seems there is nothing unusual. Perhaps we are being overly suspicious..."
