The flowers of spring had already bloomed, yet some people were forever left in the past.

There was no such thing as peaceful years—only people carrying the burden for you and pressing on!

It was not until this year that I truly felt the weight of those words. Before, I had only ever seen similar incidents online, but this time, here in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, I truly felt it.

While the entire city was under lockdown, while most people did not even dare step outside their homes, there were still people standing guard for us—one checkpoint every few steps, one barrier every ten—strictly guarding against every possible hidden danger.

Let us pay tribute to the heroes!
