Background / History

Twenty years before Chen Jing entered the Canglan Sect, Fei Feng was an undefeated Outer Sect practitioner of the River-Breaking Fist. He joined the Mutual Aid Alliance, a faction supporting disciples from humble backgrounds against the Brocade Alliance and its aristocratic backers. 92

After the Mutual Aid Alliance lost its patron, the victorious Brocade Alliance purged its members. Sun Changgui deliberately left Fei Feng isolated during a mission, where a high-level exotic beast crippled him. The injury ruined his foundation and ended his prospects of further advancement. 92
