Huo Yuhao was puzzled. Based on what he sensed, the distance between him and that familiar presence was unimaginably vast, yet for some reason, it felt as though it were within reach.

After hesitating for a moment, he gritted his teeth and raised his hand through the agonizing pain. Curling his fingers into a claw, he suddenly reached toward the empty void before him. The star-studded curtain ahead instantly shattered like a broken mirror, splitting apart as the stable space began to collapse soundlessly.

Huo Yuhao's arm bulged with veins as he did all this, as though he were dragging something of immense weight out from within. His skin cracked inch by inch. It should have been a gruesome sight, yet the wounds glimmered in dazzling colors, lending them a strange beauty. Blood burst forth, making it clear just how much force he was using.

As his arm continued pulling back, like a colossal object being hauled from beneath the water onto shore, the things several light-years away that had given Huo Yuhao that familiar feeling finally revealed their true forms without reservation.

One was the skeletal remains of an enormous dragon, its body stretching a full ten thousand meters. The other was a towering pillar that reached into the heavens, gray and dull in appearance, covered in mottled rust.
