Dr. Hank Pym was one of the scientists Salomon valued most. He could have agreed to many conditions to make Dr. Pym work for him. However, that damned old man would never agree to something like this, and Salomon knew it perfectly well. So he turned his attention to Pym Technologies' "Cold Storage."

It housed Pym Technologies' research achievements from over the years. Many of those technologies were dangerous before they had been fully perfected.

After Darren Cross disappeared and the Pym Technologies explosion occurred, the FBI tried to enter and investigate. But everyone knew exactly how much shady business was behind that so-called investigation. In particular, the World War II tank Dr. Pym had thrown into the plaza made certain people realize that Pym Particles could still be manufactured. Hank Pym had some ties to S.H.I.E.L.D. during Howard Stark's era, and politicians who knew about it tried to use "investigating Hydra" as an excuse to enter the company and seize confidential technical data. Even if information on the Pym Particles Dr. Pym valued most would not be leaked, there was no telling what might happen to the other black technologies buried in the "Cold Storage."

That was why Salomon proposed an airstrike, using explosions to completely erase all traces of the "Cold Storage."

"I guarantee that, at present, I am the only person in the world capable of launching saturation bombing on US soil without leaving any trail behind," Salomon said slowly. He made the airstrike sound as though he were doing Dr. Pym an enormous favor, asking only for a few research projects in return for the sake of an old friend. Hope's eyes widened in terror, because she realized her father actually seemed to be considering this horrifying idea. Scott Lang shrank his neck back, because he
