Salomon did not care about Wilson Fisk, how many lives he had taken, or how much dirty money he had made. Perhaps Wilson Fisk, known as Kingpin, had some profound past and a certain personal charisma, but Salomon did not care. In his eyes, Fisk was merely a gang boss. No matter how formidable a Mafia thug was, he was never violent enough in Salomon's eyes—at least, not as violent as Salomon himself. If not for the message Matthew Murdock had recently sent him, Salomon would have nearly forgotten about Black Hole and the Shadow Plane. If Kunlun had not repeatedly sent Kamar-Taj requests for assistance, he would not have cared about the handful of people in The Hand. The true dragon skeleton those two organizations had once fought to the death over could only serve as a living room decoration for him.

Even without the City of Immortals backing him, disputes among mortals were not worth his attention. As long as Kingpin did not court death by crossing the red line of Human Trafficking on the East Coast, Salomon could not even be bothered to acknowledge him.

Salomon had already promised Tita that such things would never happen on the East Coast again. Not long ago, the Sisterhood had wiped out the Clinton family's private army, and the Rockefeller family had abused public power to order American intelligence agencies to investigate—the relationship between former U.S. President Bill Clinton and the Rockefeller family could not be hidden from the City of Immortals' intelligence network. In fact, everyone in Little Rock knew that Bill Clinton was actually the illegitimate son of Arkansas Governor Winthrop Rockefeller.
