I still have to go to Washington to lobby and deal with those bureaucrats." Stark took a deep breath. He felt as though his heart were about to leap out of his ribcage. "Don't you know what Salomon would do with a nuclear bomb? Can't we negotiate with him and get him to give up nuclear weapons, like we did with Ukraine?"
"I have Salomon's IQ test report here. Want to see it? Let me just tell you—he isn't an idiot, Stark. He's far smarter than you." Agent Hill rolled her eyes again. She was the Avengers' actual operations manager. Not only did she have to coordinate the Avengers' logistics, she also had to keep watch over the movements of these unstable elements, and vouch for them before Congress and the White House, just as she had done at S.H.I.E.L.D.
"We still don't know why Salomon used a nuclear bomb to threaten Agent Coulson, but Agent Coulson has known him for many years. He would rather kill his own old friend than allow something to happen. That means the intelligence he has is extremely important, extremely frightening. We should trust his judgment."

"This is Nick Fury's assessment. It has nothing to do with whether I hate him." Agent Hill made no effort to conceal the fact that she was still in contact with Nick Fury. Though she had claimed before
