The Destroyed Kusagakure! Madara and Hashirama's Bet!

Kusagakure is gone!

When Kizaru learned of this news from the Anbu, he was stunned for a few seconds.

He knew those guys were courting death, but he hadn't expected them to die so quickly and so thoroughly.

"Lord Hokage, the Second Hokage requests your immediate presence at his office," the Anbu ninja who had come to report the news reminded him cautiously.

"I understand." Waving his hand to dismiss the Anbu, Kizaru turned into light and vanished from the spot.

"What happened in the Land of Grass?"

"They opened the Box of Ultimate Bliss and released a monster from within."

In the exchange of questions and answers, Kizaru walked up to Tobirama.

"They shouldn't have been able to open that box on their own!" Without Tailed Beast Chakra, Kizaru didn't believe the ninjas of Kusagakure had the ability to open the Box of Ultimate Bliss.

Unless someone had given them a little bit of help.

Kizaru's guess was also Tobirama's. The two looked at each other and spoke in unison: "Madara Uchiha!"

Such tacit understanding made them both laugh in spite of themselves.

"What is Madara Uchiha's goal in doing this?" Tobirama felt a bit puzzled by Madara's actions.

"Perhaps he was just bored," Kizaru joked.

Tobirama shook his head; in his view, Madara Uchiha wouldn't do anything without purpose. There must be some deep meaning behind such an act.

After some contemplation, Tobirama thought of a possibility. "I suspect he wants to use this opportunity to lure you out of the village."

Wearing a thoughtful expression, Kizaru wasn't sure if Tobirama's guess was correct, but for the sake of caution, he said, "Then this time, I'll leave it to Grandpa Hashirama to lead the team to the Land of Grass!"

"That is what I was considering as well.
