The exchange between Kizaru and the old Merchant Guild leader had indeed provided him with quite a bit of inspiration.

The next morning, when Kizaru arrived at the Hokage Office, Tobirama Senju and Jiraiya were already there.

As he spoke, Kizaru walked over to the desk and sat down.

Once settled, and under the expectant gazes of Tobirama and Jiraiya, Kizaru recounted the suggestions the old Merchant Guild leader had proposed the day before.
