Kizaru's conversation with Big Mom went fairly smoothly, especially after he showed her that his presence was no weaker than hers.

When Big Mom wasn't having one of her episodes, she was quite rational. She also understood what would bring her the greatest benefits.

The two sides tentatively agreed to cooperate. Kizaru exchanged Den Den Mushi with her and settled on some details regarding weapons trades.

As for deeper cooperation, neither Kizaru nor Big Mom brought it up. They were still testing each other, trying to figure out what kind of person the other was and how much they could gain. Only once they were familiar with each other would deeper cooperation be possible.

After talking with Big Mom, Kizaru politely declined her invitation to the tea party and chose to leave at once.

The Summit War was drawing near, and Kizaru had little time. He needed to make more preparations while he still could, ensuring that when he took control of East Blue, other powers would keep the World Government occupied as much as possible.

After leaving Totto Land, Kizaru headed to Wano Country to discuss cooperation with Kaido.

Unfortunately, Kizaru's timing was off. Kaido wasn't on Onigashima in Wano Country. He'd probably gone out to have fun again.

With Kaido absent, Kizaru didn't show himself and simply left.

There were still plenty of powers Kizaru needed to find if he wanted to cause the World Government as much trouble as possible.

Amazon Lily, located in the Calm Belt, was ruled by one of the Shichibukai, Boa Hancock, the "Snake Princess."

Then there was Donquixote Doflamingo, the current ruler of the Dressrosa Kingdom and one of the Shichibukai, known as the "Heavenly Yaksha."

In Kizaru's eyes, both were worth doing business with. The former especially: Hancock, their queen, had
