Kizaru watched Yamato's gaze remain fixed on the Mecha that had yet to disappear into the distance, and continued, "The Mecha you saw was born from a genius's inspiration, but its production was the result of the combined efforts of workers across countless production lines. In this era, people's abilities differed vastly. As a government, as the managers of a country, their job was to put the right people in the right positions and guide them to make their own contributions.
"When society runs in an orderly manner under the management of laws and order, when its productive forces are fully utilized, and when scientific theories are turned into practical results, the fulfillment of each of these conditions means that a peaceful and prosperous age is bound to arrive."
Kizaru's words were rather profound for Yamato. As she looked at him, her eyes held a little more bewildered innocence. The only thing she could probably understand was that governing a country required a lot of brains.
So Yamato nodded and said with a look of agreement, "Kaido and those idiots under him, along with Kurozumi Orochi and the others, are all fools. They could never govern Wano Country well."
Kizaru looked at Yamato as she railed against them. In the end, he couldn't help asking with a hint of sarcasm, "And that Moonlight Oden you speak of, along with the other samurai and Feudal Lords—did they have the brains to govern this country well?"
Kizaru's question left Yamato speechless for a moment, but her stubborn nature made her insist, "At least before Kaido showed up, life in Wano Country was better than it is now."
"How much better could it really have been? The samurai and nobles who wielded military power still occupied official positions, and power flowed only within
