Li Du's message was steadier: "Junior Brother Lu, today the senior disciples from each academy are laying down the rules for the newcomers.

"Zhou Luotian, Little Thunder God, and the others are all here, but the situation doesn't look good. Everyone's asking why you still haven't shown up."

Lu Zhen looked at the light screen, the corners of his mouth curling into a faint smile.

It suited him perfectly.

If he wanted to attract the attention of a Fifth Realm powerhouse, this so-called Newcomer Welcome was the best stepping-stone.

He pushed open the courtyard gate and headed straight for the Thousand Mechanism Grounds.

The Thousand Mechanism Grounds were packed with people.

In the center of the vast White Jade Plaza, a massive formation light barrier had been inverted over the ground like a bowl.

Inside the barrier, no True Persons were fighting.

Instead, two battle puppets covered in metallic luster were clashing furiously.

One puppet was wrapped in violent dark-purple lightning. It attacked with broad, powerful movements, every strike accompanied by a thunderous blast. It was being controlled by Little Thunder God.

His opponent was a cyan puppet controlled by an Inner Sect senior disciple.

That senior disciple had suppressed his Law comprehension to the Second Realm, "Weaving Law," placing him
