Matou Shinji from the 23rd Century

Matou Shinji immediately recognized Red A's true identity. That was some seriously sharp perception.

Still, compared to Matou Shinji's earlier performance, recognizing Red A at a glance hardly counted as anything remarkable.

However, Red A's existence was clearly a tremendous surprise to Matou Shinji. After all, two Emiya Shurous appearing at once was shocking enough, not to mention that the other Emiya Shirou was a young man at least thirty years old.

Most importantly, while the teenage Emiya Shirou was not exactly some pretty boy, he still looked rather "green," fitting people's idea of what a youthful, hot-blooded teenager should be.

But Red A looked entirely like an old construction worker who had spent years in civil engineering. His skin was rough and dark, and while he looked rugged and possessed a tough man's handsomeness, none of the teenage Emiya Shirou's temperament remained.

Even so, Matou Shinji had recognized Emiya Shirou at a glance. His eye truly was astonishingly sharp, and Red A's surprise was entirely understandable.

In the Light Screen, seeing Matou Shinji recognize him immediately, Red A said somewhat helplessly, "Should I say that's just like you? You recognized me right away! Honestly, I was planning to keep you guessing, but you saw through me at a glance."

Upon hearing this, Matou Shinji fell briefly silent, then put away his surprised expression and said, "So it really is you, Shirou. What happened to you? And that form you took just now—that was completely a Servant, wasn't it?"

"Could it be that you became a Heroic Spirit in the future, then used the Throne of Heroes' location outside the world and beyond the constraints of time to travel through space and time in response to this summoning from the past?"

"No. From the look of it, you seem
