Background / History
Four Eyes is Uncle Nine's junior martial brother. Before arriving at the Public Mortuary, he worked as a traveling corpse driver, escorting “customers”—controlled Walking Corpses—between locations. He temporarily leaves these corpses at Uncle Nine's Public Mortuary while resting and exchanging cultivation pointers with his senior brother. 10
In an earlier encounter, Four Eyes joined Uncle Nine and Uncle Qianhe in confronting the White-Robed Twin Fiends. Although the three Maoshan cultivators seriously injured the century-old ghosts, the twins escaped. 24
He has a disciple named Jiale, whose slow cultivation concerns him. After witnessing Qiusheng's rapid growth, Four Eyes resolves to give Jiale stricter and more attentive instruction when he returns home. 13
Appearance
Four Eyes is a middle-aged Taoist who first appears in a bright yellow Daoist robe while leading a line of corpses into the Public Mortuary. 10
- Wears Daoist robes while traveling and performing exorcist duties. 10 41
- Uses tools associated with corpse driving, including a Soul-Guiding Banner, Soul-Absorbing Bell, and Soul-Suppressing Lamp. 10
Personality
Four Eyes is genial and teasing around Uncle Nine's disciples. He enthusiastically pinches Wencai's cheeks upon arriving at the Public Mortuary and attempts to do the same to Qiusheng, who quickly evades him with Yu Steps. 10
Despite his relaxed manner, he is strict when responsibilities are neglected. He angrily reprimands Qiusheng and Wencai after they destroy seven of his Walking Corpse customers, then makes them assist with corpse transport. 12
He is protective of his fellow disciples and their students. He checks on Qiusheng's injuries, agrees to guard Ren Mansion when danger escalates, and repeatedly risks himself against Ren Weiyong to protect others. 28 29 43

Four Eyes specializes in transporting and controlling Walking Corpses.

- Entrusts Qiusheng and Wencai with escorting corpses as both punishment and practical training. 12

Four Eyes is regarded as an exceptional practitioner of the God-Inviting Technique; Qiusheng describes his martial uncle's mastery as unmatched among Maoshan cultivators of their generation. 10
- Had completed the God-Inviting Technique by the time he confronted Ren Weiyong. 29
- Uses divine possession-based power to overpower the initial Iron-Armored Zombie Ren Weiyong in direct combat. 29

God-Striking Technique
Four Eyes can enter a strengthened combat state through the God-Striking Technique.
- Sends Ren Weiyong flying with a chest strike and pummels the zombie until its corpse aura begins leaking. 29

Four Eyes is a formidable physical fighter even against powerful zombies.
- Knocks Ren Weiyong away from the entrance of the Public Mortuary with a single punch, preventing it from immediately reaching Ren Tingting and Wencai. 43
