The Blood Floss Wu Heng had sent down filled the sky, surrounding all of Gwangju City and forming three river-like barriers of ice. At the very outer edge, it froze into a translucent red ice wall.

The eerie green water looked black against the red ice.

Transparent ghosts could be seen constantly drifting through it, their wails accompanying the waves as they repeatedly crashed against the Blood Floss ice barrier along the shore.
