Background / History

Fei Shi was born as Uchiha Hise but used his mother’s Uzumaki surname because his father, Sakuragi Hei, concealed the family’s identity. At age three, his father was killed by Kakuzu during a bandit attack; his mother died from depression two years later, leaving Fei Shi to survive alone. His System had activated at age three, supplying training tasks, monthly sign-in rewards, chakra medicines, dōjutsu, martial arts, and ninjutsu. 2

While fleeing rogue shinobi seeking his Sharingan, Fei Shi used grenades, Earth Release, Wood Release, and Baji Quan to defeat their Jōnin leader. Tsunade witnessed both his Wood Release and Sharingan, and Fei Shi deliberately sought her protection by revealing his lineage and presenting a Senju clan token. Tsunade accepted him as a younger relative. 2 3

After gaining extraordinary wealth and System rewards through enhanced luck cards, Fei Shi developed a long-term plan to distribute high-yield, climate-resistant rice, build an independent power base, spread new political ideas, and eventually unify the Ninja World. He openly admitted that boredom and a desire for challenge were part of his motivation. 5

He later became a mentor to young ninja including Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, and Sakura. Sakura became his sixth formal disciple after he developed her aptitude for theory, chakra control, and medical ninjutsu. 64

Fei Shi is calculating, adaptable, and highly aware of the value of preparation. As a child, he sought Tsunade’s protection rather than relying solely on his strength, and he regularly restrains his own growth because he believes power gained too quickly can undermine both his body and his enjoyment of life. 3 4

He is ambitious but not consistently altruistic. His plan to improve food production and unify the Ninja World could benefit ordinary people, yet he admits that he pursued the project partly to relieve boredom and create a challenge for himself. 5

Fei Shi is proud of his strength, enjoys provoking powerful opponents, and seeks battles that test him. Despite this, he can be protective toward disciples, allies, family, and worlds he considers his responsibility. 40 152 170
