Background / History

Senju Clan Head

Hashirama leads the Senju Clan during its conflict with the Uchiha. After securing his position within the clan, he begins considering broader alliances, including one with the Uzumaki Clan. 3

When Uchiha Madara seeks permission to establish Uchiha operations in the Land of Wind, Hashirama accepts the proposal as an opportunity to reduce the clans’ long-standing bloodshed. He permits limited activity in the border regions while leaving Tobirama to enforce precautions against espionage. 2

After learning that Madara is targeting Tailed Beasts, Hashirama decides that the Senju must collect them as well, beginning with the One-Tail. 4

Alliance with the Uchiha

Hashirama and Madara first cooperate directly while pursuing the Three-Tails, Isobu. Though wary of Madara’s motives, Hashirama agrees that their shared objective makes cooperation practical. 12

Personality

Hashirama is compassionate, principled, and committed to ending the cycle of conflict between clans. He believes that reconciliation requires one side to make the first concession, even when others distrust the Uchiha’s motives. 2
