BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The spaceship exploded. Son Goku, having lost control, transformed into Goku Black, his entire body's energy shifting and crackling with black lightning.

In an instant, the entire ship collapsed.

Vegeta's expression shifted, and he retreated with a swift movement, while the East Supreme Kai nearby was so terrified he sprawled onto the ground.

Had Gohan not pulled him away in time, he likely would have been buried alive.

The East Supreme Kai was stunned; he could never have imagined that Son Goku would actually be controlled!

How could this be possible?

"Kakarot, you idiot, you—you bastard, you bastard!"

Vegeta was speechless, for the Goku Black before him had been completely corrupted; his once gentle gaze had instantly turned into darkness.

Gone was his talkative personality; the current Son Goku was no different from Goku Black!

Facing Vegeta not far away, he raised a hand and fired an Energy Cannon.

BOOM!

Goku Black showed no mercy, and his strength was extraordinary. As Vegeta raised his hands to barely block the blast, his entire body was blown backward. Gasping for air, he nearly fell from the high altitude to the ground.

Feeling Son Goku's power, Vegeta was incredibly shocked. Kakarot had indeed been hiding a great deal of strength.

Now that he had transformed into Goku Black, the corruption was complete!

Without a shred of restraint, he felt the gap between them. Although he had longed to fight Kakarot, he now understood that it was impossible for him to defeat Goku Black.

Goku Black curled his lip. As Vegeta caught his attack, he moved, initiating the Kaio-ken and transforming into a Super Saiyan!

He charged forward before Vegeta could even raise his hands.

He struck Vegeta in the stomach, just as he had on the tournament stage. Landing the hit, Goku Black curled his lip and sneered.

He truly carried an air of dominance!

The next second!

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Vegeta was sent flying, crashing through several massive mountains, unable to stop himself.

Watching Vegeta fly off, the East Supreme Kai's face turned ghastly pale. He looked toward the controlled Son Goku, still intending to persuade him to return to his senses.

"Mr. Son Goku, that—that was Vegeta! What are you doing? Mr. Son Goku, your kind heart cannot be used this way!"

"You wouldn't be controlled so easily. What are you doing?"

Goku Black sneered, his gaze falling upon the East Supreme Kai. He raised a hand, immediately charging a Super Energy Cannon.

He intended to destroy the East Supreme Kai along with the Earth!

Gohan frowned as Son Goku fired the blast.

He moved instantly, rushing forward to intercept it before it could reach the East Supreme Kai!

To be honest, he didn't care if the East Supreme Kai lived or died, but if this Energy Cannon hit the Earth, it would cause the planet to explode!

Kakarot was truly being controlled; otherwise, he wouldn't have fired such a massive blast.

BANG!

Gohan raised a hand and swatted the blast away, causing Goku Black in the distance to curl his lip and smile.

"Oh, Gohan, I didn't misjudge you. Haha, my Saiyan blood is getting excited too."

"You should understand why I'm being controlled. I wanted to spar with you so badly, but you are my son, and I couldn't just strike at you. So, I had no choice but to accept this power!"

Gohan's face darkened, his expression cold: "What about Majin Buu?"

Son Goku curled his lip, his face full of arrogance: "Majin Buu doesn't need me to defeat him. Gohan, you know, I am already in Hell."

"I only have one day in the mortal realm. After that, I will return. Me defeating Majin Buu wouldn't help you at all!"

As expected of Kakarot, he had considered everything. It was clear Kakarot had the power to defeat Majin Buu, but he simply didn't want to use it, aiming instead to cultivate the next generation!

Gohan understood Son Goku's intentions immediately. As a transmigrator who had read plenty of Dragon Ball, he knew Son Goku's intelligence wasn't that low.

He wasn't just a battle maniac; being controlled now was truly about wanting to fight him.

Gohan laughed as well, saying: "Father, you really do have a sharp mind. You had already planned this out—if you were to be corrupted,"

"As long as someone could defeat you, there would be no need to fear Majin Buu, right?"

Goku Black laughed, chuckling: "Gohan, you're truly impressive. I didn't expect you to figure that out."

"That's right. If you can beat me, you can beat Majin Buu, and I won't have to worry. Of course, if you can't win, you might as well come to Hell and keep me company!"

In that instant, Goku Black surged upward.

Gohan moved his entire body, but instead of meeting the charge head-on, he leaped away.

He sensed that Majin Buu was about to be resurrected; it was already impossible to stop!

With Kakarot standing before him completely corrupted, Gohan had no desire to fight here. Moving with his whole body, he took flight.

He intended to lure Goku Black to a different battlefield!

Clearly echoing Son Goku's personality, the dark-energy-radiating fighter immediately gave chase.

His speed was so immense that he reached Gohan in a heartbeat.

The two clashed in mid-air, engaging in physical combat while simultaneously shifting their position.

Watching all of this, the East Supreme Kai realized he couldn't possibly keep up.

He couldn't pursue them either, for Babidi had appeared not far away, forcing him to abandon the pair to focus on stopping Majin Buu's resurrection.

He had to kill Babidi!

As fists and feet collided, Gohan felt the terrifying explosive power behind Son Goku's punches.

Because of Goku Black's complete corruption, the unrestrained Son Goku was truly formidable!

It was no wonder he had sent Vegeta flying with just two punches!

The two fought in close quarters, evenly matched, locked in a struggle that showed no sign of ending.

They fought from the original mountain range all the way to the vast, boundless ocean.

A single exchange of punches between them caused a massive whirlpool to form in the entire sea!

The exploding spray of water splashed dozens of stories high!

The intensity of their battle left a group of people who had just arrived in the distance stunned.

Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, and Videl!

Mid-flight, they froze as they noticed the situation ahead; even Piccolo lost his composure.

"Wh-what is going on? Goku, what happened to Goku?"

"Gohan, what are you two doing?"

Piccolo's expression shifted. As he drew closer, Son Goku, who had been fighting, stopped and noticed him approaching.

With a look of annoyance, he raised his hand and fired an Energy Cannon.

Boom!

Piccolo dodged it narrowly. The Energy Cannon struck the water, causing the sea to churn and boil before exploding.

The entire sea surface dipped inward!

Cold sweat beaded on Piccolo's forehead; he was certain that the Energy Cannon Son Goku had just fired was intended to kill him.

How could this be? What on earth had happened to Kakarot?

Gohan watched this, brow furrowed, and stood upon the surface of the sea to address Piccolo and the others.

"Kakarot has been controlled. Do not come any closer; leave this to me."

"Majin Buu is about to be born. Go and check on the situation; that guy Vegeta must already be clashing with Majin Buu!"

Hearing Gohan's words, Piccolo nodded. He wanted to help, but he remained worried about the situation here.

Krillin and the others also tried to reach out to Goku's heart, but unfortunately, Goku remained completely unmoved.

He even aimed several Energy Cannon blasts directly at Krillin and Videl.

Gohan used Instant Transmission to appear before Videl, raising his hand to deflect the Energy Cannon.

Videl was left shaken and pale.

After all, she hadn't even been able to react!

Had that Energy Cannon struck her, she surely would have lost her life.

"Gohan, th-thank you!"

Gohan swept a cold glance at her and said icily, "Why did you come here? Go back, find Bulma, and head straight to Kami's Lookout. Majin Buu is reviving."

"This time, the entire surface is in danger. Tell Bulma to go to Kami's Lookout and ignore whatever happens on the ground!"

Videl was stunned. Though she didn't know what Kami's Lookout was, she understood that she couldn't help here, so she nodded and left Gohan with a worried parting remark.

She then turned to leave: "Gohan, be careful!"

Videl turned and flew away slowly.

Videl's strength was still too lacking. He really had to find a way to take good care of her; for all he knew, Videl might already be carrying his child.

Nothing could happen to her!

Thinking about someone to look after her, he immediately thought of Android 18. If he asked Android 18 to be a nanny, it would certainly be perfect!

However, for now, he still had to deal with the matter of Goku Black.

Looking coldly at Goku Black not far away, Gohan's expression turned icy.

"That last hit actually made me a bit angry. I originally intended to use Majin Buu as a training dummy."

Gohan seized the opportunity, instantly firing a perfect Ultimate Kamehameha in a single second, aiming it at the spot where Son Goku had suddenly appeared in mid-air.
