"Bastard!" Luo Yuhang was shocked and enraged. Dragon breath surged from his mouth, but it missed again. The Virgo Star Dragon had already retreated high into the air. With a light flutter of its wings, it vanished into the illusory light once more.

In just a few moments, all six of them had been injured. Guo Xiaoxu's armguard had cracked, Zhao Song's tiger's mouth had split open, Liang Xiaoyu's clones had all been destroyed, Shen Qinglan had used up over half her Soul Power, Mo Zihong trembled from mental backlash, and Luo Yuhang's arm was badly wounded.

By contrast, the Virgo and Leo Star Dragons were merely breathing a little harder. Leo had taken a mace strike to the shoulder, leaving only a shallow scrape, while a few luminous feathers had been blown from Virgo's wings by dragon energy. Neither had suffered any serious harm.

"This won't work. We can't outlast them." Zhao Song panted, bracing his Mad Demon Mace against the ground. "Old Guo, hold on for another wave. I'll burn my Soul Power again and give that lion something fierce."

"Don't be rash." Shen Qinglan hurriedly said. "You've already burned your Soul Power once. Do it again and you'll damage your foundation."

"That's still better than being worn to death here!" Zhao Song gritted his teeth.

While they argued, the Leo Star Dragon and Virgo Star Dragon launched their attacks in perfect unison.
