Initially trapped in Na'er's soul sea, Gu Yue repeatedly attempts to reclaim control through a secret technique involving incantations and footwork. Her early attempts fail, but she spends three days confirming the communication spell needed to reach her beast lords. 11 15

Gu Yue briefly contacts Di Tian, Bi Ji, the King of Ten Thousand Demons, and the other Great Beasts, urgently directing them toward Aolai City. The short-lived connection reinforces the pressure she feels as the figure upon whom the soul beast clan's future rests. 16
