God's Fall

After pondering through the night, the Son of Heaven naturally did not dare let Aizen travel alone. Thus, he specially arranged for so many warriors to accompany him as they headed together toward the Divine Tree.

After emerging from the palace, Aizen calmly glanced at the warriors gathered in the square. He said nothing and merely walked forward in silence.

Like a little tail, the white snake clung tightly to his heels, never leaving his side for even a moment.

Seeing that Aizen had said nothing, the tension on the Son of Heaven's face eased slightly as he said to those beside him, "Quickly prepare the horses. We must reach the Divine Tree as soon as possible."

At his words, several tall and burly warriors swiftly led over a few magnificent steeds, their manes held high and their eyes bright with spirit.

"Clatter..."

The steeds strutted proudly toward the Son of Heaven, Aizen, and the others, snorting through their nostrils as they stepped forward.

Suddenly, when they came within a certain distance, the expressions on their faces abruptly changed!

"Neigh!!"

The horses immediately reared up in fright, whinnying desperately with terror written all over their faces, as though they could not wait to flee this place at once!

This sudden scene startled everyone present.

The muscular warriors hurriedly soothed the frightened warhorses with all their strength. Only after pulling them aside did the horses finally calm down.

The Son of Heaven glanced at the white snake by Aizen's feet, his gaze tightening slightly as he said softly, "Dragon beasts are tremendously intimidating to these warhorses. If we bring that thing along, I'm afraid we won't be able to ride them at all."

Aizen did not seem particularly bothered by this. He merely said softly, "It's fine. Just lead the way
