While the members of the Superpowered Guard Team were fighting criminals in Gotham City, Dilios had already returned to Gotham City without anyone noticing.

With true essence energy boosting his brain at full power, combined with the enhancement of the miniature Mental Amplification Device, Dilios's telepathy covered the entirety of Gotham City.

In an instant, countless scenes flooded into Dilios's mind like a torrent.

Even with Dilios's current mental processing capabilities, it took him some time to process all those images.

Several dozen seconds later, he slowly withdrew his telepathy and sighed regretfully.

"Looks like Ra's al Ghul isn't in this city."

After dealing with the League of Assassins assassins stationed at the reservoir, Dilios had begun searching at full force for Ra's al Ghul as soon as he shut off the reservoir's water supply.

If possible, he still wanted to eliminate the man quickly. Ra's al Ghul's manpower and intelligence were simply too troublesome.

If he left that bastard alone, there was a ninety-percent chance the man would keep harassing and disgusting him from the shadows. That was not something Dilios wanted to see.

"Could he have believed that this operation to destroy Gotham was guaranteed to succeed?" Dilios could not help wondering.
