Not long after purchasing the Sullivan Company building in Brooklyn, Dilos arranged for several buildings and their surrounding land on the outskirts of Brooklyn to be bought together, to serve as future production sites for technological products and as a reserve large-scale comprehensive laboratory.

A few months later, the production sites and laboratories had basically finished renovation, and all security measures had been fully put in place. So when Bruce and Betty agreed to join, they could begin working almost that same day. (P.S.: For convenience, Hulk will be called Bruce from now on, while Batman will be called Wayne/the old master.)

The large laboratory's aboveground footprint alone was four times that of an average university stadium, not even counting the basement below.

The central area of the large laboratory naturally housed various comprehensive labs. Apart from rest areas for research personnel, the surrounding space contained access corridors, the laboratory's own multifunctional experimental factory, and warehouses stocked with everyday supplies such as food as well as relevant experimental materials.

The moment Bruce and Betty entered the laboratory building, the sheer array of expensive, top-tier research equipment inside practically dazzled them blind.

From their perspective, the entire large laboratory was basically filled with high technology. Its research facilities could even be called the best in the world. It was not as though they had never seen advanced experimental equipment before, but they had never seen equipment this advanced—nor so much of it, nor such a complete range. Almost everything they recognized and did not recognize was present.

This could practically be called the dream research facility for scientists like them. If those utterly obsessed with science were allowed inside, they might wish to work here until the day they died.
