Dilos and Tony

"How did you do it?"

In the basement of Stark Mansion, Tony stood within a holographic projection of an atomic nucleus composed of countless pentagrams and asked Dilos beside him.

"The energy output is extremely calm and stable, but compared to my original Arc Reactor, the power it generates is like the difference between a nuclear weapon and a Number 5 battery. With it, I probably won't need to replace my energy source for decades. And this new element can replace palladium, so I won't suffer from poisoning anymore."

Tony's tone revealed no particular emotional fluctuation, but judging from his wide eyes and the unusually rapid rise and fall of his chest, a storm had already been raging in his heart.

"This thing wasn't all that hard to make."

Dilos shrugged and said indifferently, "I noticed it the second time we met. I made it after looking at it once, and improved it a little while I was at it."

Tony turned around and stared expressionlessly at Dilos. Even someone as sharp-tongued as him found Dilos's words damn irritating.

What did he mean, it wasn't that hard to make?

This thing was obviously incredibly hard to make, okay?!

And he had made it after seeing it once? What, did he think he was some kind of all-powerful technological god?

The most outrageous part was that line about "improving it a little while I was at it."

He knew Dilos was impressive, but were improvements really that easy to make?!

Another storm rose in Tony's heart, except this time it was not shock, but silent cursing at Dilos for showing off in front of him.

Tony realized that, in some ways, Dilos really was his nemesis.

It was one thing for him to steal Tony's headlines at every turn, but just
