While Nick Fury was busy suspecting this and doubting that, Dilos had already arrived at an upscale apartment in New York.
"Hello, Miss Gwen Stacy."
Dilos, dressed in a fitted suit, greeted the pretty blonde, blue-eyed young woman before him.
"You're... Dilos Sullivan?" Gwen hesitated at first. Once she confirmed that he was indeed the Dilos frequently featured on television news, her mind briefly went blank.

Though he seemed like a good person, Gwen was quite certain that they shouldn't have known each other.
The answer soon appeared.
Gwen's father, George Stacy, a distinguished older man with blond hair as well, came up behind her and warmly greeted Dilos.
"Mr. Sullivan, welcome to my home."
"And thank you for inviting me into your home as a guest." Dilos returned his greeting with a polite smile.
George Stacy was the chief of the New York City Police Department, and also one of Dilos's current partners.
George Stacy greatly admired Dilos himself. It was not only because of his actions in fighting for mutant rights, but also because of all the good he had done recently.
"Dilos Sullivan is our honored guest. On his own behalf, he has provided the New York City Police Department with a considerable amount of funding and equipment."
At the dinner table, George Stacy explained to his wife and children, "Especially the equipment. It will allow us officers to catch criminals faster, and our casualty rate will drop significantly as well."
"Isn't this a bit too modest a way to repay someone? Just treating him to lemon bass?"
