With a sharp whoosh, each bullet left the barrel carrying a small bullet-sized burst cloud, then instantly outran it and slammed hard into the robot's head.

Several loud metallic clangs rang out in succession. The humanoid robot's head merely swayed once before immediately returning to normal, then fired another energy blast at the man.

Having dodged the attack again, the man clicked his tongue in irritation. "Even bullets traveling at three times the speed of sound can't damage that monster's head?"
