Newborn Tony, Blood Edge Plan (Third Update)

For the week following the Abomination incident, Dilos stayed at Tony's mansion. Aside from helping him digest and process some Cybertronian knowledge, he also helped him complete the Alpha Quantum Fieldization of his armor.

Drawing on some of the functions of the biological field, Dilos used certain advanced Kryptonian technologies to find a way for Tony's armor to move and fight as though it were layered with a biological field.

That was Alpha Quantum Fieldization.

Alpha Quantum Fieldization was a technology used during the war between Krypton and Cybertron. Krypton lost this technology by the end of the war, and later generations of Kryptonians had to expend enormous manpower, resources, and time before they could recreate this powerful technology.

The strength of Alpha Quantum Fieldization lay in its ability to greatly enhance the defense of armor or other materials, while minimizing air resistance and increasing an object's speed. At the same time, it allowed machines and objects to move freely in all directions while flying through the air.

Aside from its inability to stack kinetic energy or enhance physical abilities at full power, this Alpha Quantum Field was practically identical to a biological field in function.

In fact, ancient Cybertron had once possessed similar technology. Back then, it could even apply a field resembling a biological field to Cybertronians. Unfortunately, that technology had already been lost during the ancient civil war.

During the later civil war of the new era, Cybertron had obtained Kryptonian Alpha Quantum Field technology. However, due to its energy requirements and the energy drain of the civil war, this extremely energy-intensive quantum field technology could not be put to much use.
