Clash with Odin

"Why did you, a mortal of Midgard, forcibly lift Mjolnir?"

Odin's voice was ancient, filled with an imperious sharpness that brooked no refusal. A simple question carried overwhelming spiritual pressure as it bore down on Dilos.

Facing that mountain-crushing pressure, Dilos's expression turned grave, yet he did not retreat. Instead, he met Odin's gaze without concealment, releasing all of his own pressure to resist the other's. Neither servile nor overbearing, he said, "I merely wanted to see whether I could lift Mjolnir, King of the Gods of Asgard."

Yet the moment his words fell, spiritual pressure hundreds of times stronger than before erupted from Odin. That pressure crossed countless light-years and pressed down completely upon Dilos.

"No, you are lying! You have other motives!" Odin's ancient voice instantly turned into furious, ear-piercing thunder, leaving Dilos's head ringing.
