The War Begins - The Players' Growth

The two camps were about to clash head-on.

The evil camp did not wait for the players to reach the island before fighting. Instead, they swarmed toward the sea like a hive of bees.

They had never intended to defend in this battle. They had decided to fight to the death and utterly crush the entire Human Race faction, including Dragon Scale Island far to the south.

From a distance, the players and the Five Great Evils' legions resembled two opposing camps of light and darkness.

The armies formed by the Demon Legion, Slaughter Legion, Corpse Kingdom Legion, Ghost Shadow Legion, and Undead Legion were filled with all manner of negative emotions, which gathered overhead into a dark cloud where lightning flashed and thunder rumbled.

The players, on the other hand, were surrounded by the phantom images of various deities, their bodies wreathed in light as though they were gods themselves.

As the two camps drew ever closer, their long-range spells were the first to clash.

Spells of every color shot skyward from the players' side and rained down upon the evil camp. In an instant, the sea seemed to erupt in fireworks, countless brilliant colors dancing across the water and sending up waves and ripples.

In the past, the players' spells had not posed much of a threat to the warriors of the Five Great Evils' legions. But times had changed. In the first wave of bombardment, vast numbers of servant warriors from the evil camp were reduced to dust.

At that moment, players across the voice channels were exceptionally excited.
