Background / History

Hinata is a Hyuga Clan ninja from Konoha and a regular patient at Uchiha Sora's clinic, where she receives his electromagnetic therapy after exhausting training sessions. She explains that her clan's strict standards require her to train late, sometimes at the cost of meals, especially with the Chunin Exams approaching 1.

Her closeness to Sora quickly develops into open affection. After waking from a treatment, she asks to accompany him and admits that seeing him gives her an unusual sense of closeness. Though embarrassed, she agrees to focus on the upcoming exams and to team up with him 2.

For the Chunin Exams, Hinata joins Sora and Rock Lee. Other examinees dismiss the trio as the “freak squad,” but Hinata remains committed to participating despite her shyness and the team's reputation 5.
