Lihuo is a transmigrated former law-abiding citizen of Blue Star who awakens as an Uchiha in Konoha. Aware that he lacks the upbringing of a shinobi raised for combat, he initially survives by exploiting tactics, speed, and the rewards provided by his system rather than relying on direct strength. 4
