Bottom of the Pool, Still Shaken!

Because it was too dim in the pool, you decisively took out a Moon Firefly Stone to illuminate your surroundings, then swam toward the bottom of the pool. Arriving at the bottom, you searched around for a bit and finally found the entrance to the Cold Nether Turtle's nest.

You suppressed the excited and panicked emotions deep in your heart, but the thumping of your wildly beating heart only made your senses even more tense.

You swam along the tunnel toward the interior of the Cold Nether Turtle's nest.

Suddenly! A huge black shadow appeared before your eyes!

You hurriedly retreated, only to discover that the black shadow was completely motionless, as if it were deep in sleep.

You cautiously approached the giant black shadow with the dim light of the Moon Firefly Stone. Before you even got close, you smelled a putrid stench, and the stench was extremely intense, as though it was mixed right into the water itself.

You forcefully endured the feeling of nausea, raised the Moon Firefly Stone in your hand, and approached the black shadow. You didn't even need to look closely to be instantly terrified out of your wits the moment you saw it clearly!

The black shadow was none other than the Cold Nether Turtle!

However, it was already dead!

You saw it with absolute clarity: this massive Cold Nether Turtle had already died, and it had been dead for some time, at least several months! This was because the entire scalp of the Cold Nether Turtle had rotted away, exposing the white skeletal remains!

The moment you realized that the reason the water had become so dim and accompanied by such an intense putrid stench was because the corpse of the Cold Nether Turtle had been soaking in the water for too
