Background / History

Pang Jian grew up hunting in the Cenji Mountains, trading prey to provide daily necessities for himself and his younger sister. Older hunters once tried to rob him after his father was absent, forcing Pang Jian to kill in self-defense. His early life left him wary, self-reliant, and already familiar with violence. 8 25

He began cultivating the Pot-Heaven Qi Cultivation Art and discovered that the Bronze Tablet left by his father reacted to unusual phenomena around him. The tablet later became closely tied to the Purgatory Gate and his ability to move between worlds. 3 12 257 262
