The little princess was not particularly tall, about 1.65 meters or so. When she smiled, two faint dimples appeared on her cheeks; she truly had the looks of a beauty.

Meiopal had been in an excited state these past two days. Hearing this, he laughed. "I don't have time to talk much with you right now. Once the luncheon is over and all the guests have left, we'll have a proper chat."

Surrounded by young nobles, Meiopal and his wife departed. Liszt had initially entertained the thought of speaking with Lady Martha, but that impulse subsided as well.
Holding his plate, he prepared to find a table in some corner and enjoy his lunch alone.
Before he found a seat, a familiar voice sounded behind him. "Viscount Liszt, long time no see."
He turned around and found that the speaker was a society lady wearing a bird-shaped hat—Dunico Hyacinth, with whom he had once shared a wild night.
"Long time no see." Liszt's thoughts suddenly became complicated, though he merely smiled faintly on the surface.
After exchanging greetings, the next few seconds became awkward for both of them, as if they had nothing to say. The passion and impulse of that day had long vanished like smoke in the wind after their letters stopped. So Dunico said, "My friends are waiting for me over there."
