A fresh term Liszt had never heard before, but this was not the right time to pursue what Magic Net meant.
Liszt was still accompanying Count Jonas as they inspected his territory.
After finishing their inspection of Mushroom Town, they headed straight for Giant Kelp Town. However, neither town had been built up yet, so there was little to inspect. They then rushed to Red River Town and inspected the Red River Estuary mangroves, where they saw the Green Caterpillar–Green-Headed Duck breeding base, which had already begun to take shape.
Green-haired Ducks could cast the Water Arrow Spell. Ordinary serfs were only responsible for raising them, not killing them.
Hunting Green-haired Ducks required traps, as well as apprentice knights brought in to shoot them down. Of course, so far, aside from the few Liszt had killed to satisfy his cravings, not a single other Green-Headed Duck had been slaughtered. To keep breeding new Green-Headed Ducks, only duck eggs that failed to hatch were placed on the menu.
Within Black Horse Island's territory were three mangrove forests—Mangrove Island, Red River Estuary, and Seagull Island—all of which could be used to breed Green Caterpillars and Green-Headed Ducks.
At noon, they enjoyed a picnic in Horse Pasture Town.
In the distance, the magnificent Black Blood Steeds were undoubtedly eye-catching. Yet without careful inspection, no one would have known they were a herd of Dragon-Blood Horses. The identity Liszt had arranged for them was that of Magic Beast breeding horses. Count Jonas did not suspect a thing. Dragon-type creatures were exceedingly rare, and he did not believe a small island like Black Horse Island could
