Hyuga Kagami deliberately used the tensions surrounding Kumogakure's actions to accelerate the Fourth Shinobi World War, believing that war would let him purge Konoha's entrenched corruption. 20 71

Kagami's intervention transformed the conflict into Konoha's overwhelming victory. He defeated major enemy leaders, seized multiple Tailed Beasts, and became a figure of near-religious admiration among Konoha's shinobi. 93 96 102
