The two carefully approached the rundown house. Asuma gently pushed open the door, and the wooden door let out a harsh creak.

The interior was empty, with only a few battered pieces of furniture scattered in the corners. The air was thick with the scent of rotting wood.

Kawaki Aoba swept his gaze across the room before it finally settled on a floorboard in the corner.

That floorboard was slightly different in color from the others, as though someone had tampered with it.

Asuma had clearly noticed it as well. He gave Kawaki Aoba a look, then slowly walked over, Chakra Blades held across his body, ready to deal with any sudden danger.

Just as Asuma was about to pry up the floorboard, a deep voice suddenly sounded from outside. "Teacher Asuma, Aoba, what are you doing?"

The man wore a green jumpsuit and had thick brows and large eyes. With his signature enthusiastic grin on his face, it was none other than Might Guy.
