The Heavens and Earth of the City of Abundance, Lord Lynn's First Experience

Within the City of Abundance, as Lynn and his group left the outermost plaza, where the crowds surged like a tide, they officially entered the heart of the foremost city in the East Region.

As the most magnificent and prosperous city in the Wizard World's East Region, the City of Abundance was not as heavily guarded and rigid as Lynn had imagined.

Quite the opposite.

Because the Wizard Council's East Region branch was located here, and countless top-tier forces from across the East Region gathered here as well, Lynn had originally assumed that this place would surely be governed by cumbersome, complex rules and layers upon layers of restrictions to maintain order.

Yet after truly entering it, he discovered that reality was the complete opposite of his imagination.

The larger, more prosperous, and more developed a city was, the freer it seemed to be.

So long as one did not cross the most fundamental red lines—for instance, deliberately killing people, fighting wantonly, maliciously damaging the city, and other such prohibitions... most other actions were hardly restricted at all.

It could even be said that the City of Abundance granted wizards a degree of freedom far surpassing that of the vast majority of cities in the East Region.

For example, at this very moment, the undisputed number one city of the entire East Region, the City of Abundance, actually had no regulations forbidding flight.

Streams of light continually streaked across the sky, their whistling cries ringing without end.

Because the plaza was cylindrical in shape, they could only see figure after figure speeding inside, unable to make out the specifics.

Yet those repeated whoosh, whoosh sounds alone were enough to set one's imagination racing.
