Snape's revelation did not mean Wizet could let down his guard. On the contrary, it meant he had to go all out if he wanted a chance at final victory.

Seeing Snape rush toward him, Wizet simultaneously pulled back, twisting his wrist to draw an extremely short "1" with his wand.

The invisible shield formed by the Shield Charm had barely taken shape when Snape's Severing Charm appeared before him. The razor-sharp blade of light collided with the invisible shield, erupting with a dull boom.

Wizet twisted his wrist again, swinging his wand along a path. The rubble on the ground warped into shape, becoming three rock spears at tricky angles that stabbed toward Snape at once.

Snape stepped forward, seemingly narrowly evading one of the rock spears. Then, as if wielding a longsword, he flicked out two Severing Charms and cut all three rock spears apart at once.

The severed rock spears did not fall to the ground. Instead, they shot straight at Wizet, completing their transformation mid-flight and turning into six arrows.

"Whirling Wind Surge!" Wizet murmured the incantation. A howling whirlwind appeared, following the trail of his wand to swallow the incoming arrows and grind them into countless grains of sand and stone.
