The Garden of Gods

The Immortal Void, as seen through the eyes of cultivators of the Immortal Divine Realm, was a mysterious space—illusory and intangible, boundless and without any rules.

Countless universes floated through this space like bubbles, nurturing countless lives.

Yet through the eyes of immortal lifeforms, this space took on an entirely different appearance.

This was a flower garden, God's flower garden. The beautiful blossoms that continuously bloomed and withered were universes.

The alternation between blooming and withering represented the cyclical reincarnation of cosmic eras.

Under God's laws, these repeated cycles of eras released strands of pleasing beauty.

God Servant tended this flower garden. The duty God had given him was to look after it well, allowing it to bloom beautifully according to nature's laws.

God Servant admired his masterpiece. He saw insects emerge one after another from those blooming flowers, entering the garden and slowly wriggling and crawling through it.

These insects were simply far too weak!

They were lost and ignorant, yet fearless!

God Servant did not know whether these insects could appreciate the beauty blooming from the flower garden he tended, but he hoped that one day God would see it all—everything he had painstakingly cultivated.

He had exhausted his efforts to make the flower garden dazzling and resplendent, all for the day when God might enter and spare it a glance.

Therefore, he would not permit any person or creature to destroy the beauty he had so painstakingly nurtured.

At some unknown time, a detestable cat had slipped into the flower garden. Evading God Servant's gaze, it burrowed into the dense blooms, opened its mouth, and swallowed one dazzling universe-flower after another.
